While we at Performance Mobility certainly expect your adaptive equipment to never fail, we also know that accidents happen and mechanical devices are not perfect and sometimes do break. While we hope it is never necessary for you to call, be assured that since 1993, Performance Mobility has had a technician in the Portland Metropolitan area on-call 24 hours a day to answer your page when our office is not open. His first priority is to ensure you are in a safe location and can exit your vehicle. He can assist you with emergency procedures and manual use of equipment until you can obtain assistance or get your vehicle to us for repair.
